photo for book and website 2012-2013This is me sharing my crazy, chaotic single mom life!  I’m a mom to 5 kids.  This fact makes me quite certain God has a sense of humor.   We’ve been through a lot, but through it all, we’ve grown closer and stronger.  I hope that this blog will encourage, bless, refresh, confirm, and make you smile often at the ridiculousness of this life we live.  I’m seeking joy even in the midst of some struggle.  I’m learning to hope and trust and be the woman I was made to be!  I hope you will join me on this adventure!  God bless you and yours, Sue

P.S.  I have also written a book entitled, “When Happily Ever After Shatters: Seeing God in the Midst of Divorce and Single Parenting,” which was published by Tyndale/Focus on the Family in 2013.  It is available at all bookstores and online.

    Thanks, Sue. Your book and now this site has been a big help in my very similar walk… it’s always encouraging to know of the ways He’s working in others’ similar situations.

    Hi Sue. I heard you on Focus on the Family today. Unfortunately, much of your story resonates. I think that’s part of the beauty and humor and pain of this life, that it’s so relatable in so many ways and on so many levels with so many different people. I plan on reading your book to get a little closer to your story. I am in the beginning stages of putting my story and journey to paper. I welcome any and all advice on how to climb that mountain, on the slight chance you have any available space and/or desire to respond in what must be a crowded life!

    But regardless, much hope and prayers to you and yours. To God be the glory.
